Bass solo remake of a classic Beatles song
Starting in 1998 at Fazio’s in St. Louis Missouri and continuing into the present, I have composed a lesson plan applying music theory and It’s modern application to the electric bass guitar. I focus on not only the theory to build a great support instrument but also the techniques to apply this theory in many types of modern music with an emphasis on timing, listening and the communication both musically and personally that is required to be a professional. I have had students go on to get scholarships at Berkley school of music and some have performed on professionally released recordings.
